Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If you wish to
return a product, please submit your request within the applicable
time period and ensure that the product is returned in its original

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours from the time the order is delivered.
- We recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Please make sure your return request is submitted within
24 hours of delivery to avoid any applicable deduction.

Return Requests After 24 Hours
Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will be reviewed by our team and may be subject to approval.
If such a return request is accepted, 40% of the eligible order amount will be deducted and the remaining 60% will be eligible for refund.

Return Acceptance
Returns requested after the applicable return period may not be accepted.
Acceptance of a delayed return request will be subject to verification and approval by M Poonamchand Pearls.

Product Condition for Return
To qualify for a return, the product must be sent back in its original condition.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- All original tags must remain intact.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Any accessories supplied with the product must also be returned.
Products that are damaged, altered, used, or returned
without their original packaging, tags, or accessories
may not qualify for a refund.

Product Verification
Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect and verify its condition.
The refund process will begin only after the returned product has been successfully received and verified.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after successful verification of the returned product.
- Eligible returns raised within the prescribed 24-hour period will be processed according to the applicable refund eligibility.
- For approved returns raised after 24 hours, a 40% deduction will apply.
- The remaining 60% of the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
